Working 5 days a week, cooking 7 days a week, cleaning, taking care of kids, Dr. Appointments, parent/teacher conferences.

Since when is that lazy?

Since forever. You aren't cattle. You have parent teacher conferences twice a year, dr appointments twice a year if you do bi annual, a lot of people just do annual. Most people work 8hrs a day, I worked 14 hrs a day 14 days in December and still managed to hit the gym for 1 hour.

Like I said people will find excuses why they can't or won't do something.

It's like I tell young cats who tell me about a woman being "busy" or "too busy", "doesn't have a lot of time". If she likes you, there's time.

It's funny because working out or getting my run or daily walk in is on the same line as going to work, cleaning the house, brushing my teeth, taking a shower. Doing something active isn't a secondary option or some privilege if I get time. It's like missing work, or not paying my bills or not brushing my teeth or washing my ass. My whole day is off. We're humans, we're supposed to be physically active. Our body literally deteriorates from lack of being active.

This is how I feel. 1-2 hours a day is dedicated to some type of physical activity(usually weight lifting but on days I don't lift, cardio). We all have the same amount of time in a day. People just don't want to be honest with themselves and admit that fitness/health isn't as high of a priority as other things in their lives:yeshrug::yeshrug::yeshrug:

Really people just need to add it to they daily routine and eventually it’s going to come naturally to workout, they probably wouldn’t even feel right if they didn’t workout

running is what made us us

by that i mean like.. running down a wounded animal

we are special. we can run and sweat and we dont have to stop..

look into our evolution. we were born to dominate

which makes OPs lack of success even sadder.

We definitely fall into a routine that often falls against our biological nature which is why our bodies deteriorate and we die or end up terminally I'll or immobile.

Imagine a gazelle like "fukk it, I'ma just chill today, no need to graze for 15 miles, in fact ima just hit up the watering hole right over there then just chill in the shade, there's lions and shyt out here (too dangerous)"

We're supposed to be active, running, jumping, climbing, crawling, pushing, pulling. Something

How does a 40 year old protect his knees when running? It's almost impossible, no?

Barring any significant injury your body shouldn't break down on you.

I run in multiple events annually and we literally have brackets where people are 60-70 years old. Still fukking running. I literally know a 67 year old woman who runs a 20 min 5k. Granted she's been running since she was a teen. Shes not someone who at 38 decided she wanted to take up running. But that's that age bracket there's plenty of 50-60 year olds, 40 -50 year olds.

I'm not gonna lie you look at some of these people and think :comeon: then 33 mins into a 10k your like :damn: and they're just cookin.

There was one 10k I ran last year fukking lil 14 yr old punk was just running his ass off. I'm like "fukk you". Then some 40 and 50 year olds were cooking and I'm like "aight well, when I'm in your age bracket, I'ma be the one cooking mfs and youngins gonna be mad at me".

Find time to make time, love. For example, say someone's average jack session is 40+, 9x a week. By sacrificing 3 sessions, said fictional person can put in over 2 hrs of exercise time alone. This nonexistent individual can find time else where in their busy schedule. Like making time before work. Or Saturday/Sunday morning before their baby nephew wakes up. Times this person would normally spend jacking.

Mfs need to learn about kaizen which means continuous improvement.

It doesn't even have to be all or nothing. A person could literally do 10 pushups everyday, just 10. And after 10 days they'll have done 100 pushups.

After 2 weeks of 10, they could bump it up to 15. Just 15 a day. Would take less than 3 minutes. After 10 days of that that's 150 pushups. After 10 days of 15 pushups that's 150.

10 pushups a day for 14 days + 15 pushups a day for 14 days is 310 pushups in 28 days.

Slowly but surely increase the number.

You can do the same with whatever hobby. Read 10 pages a day, everyday. Eventually you'll be reading 100 pages a day then 200 pages a day until your ripping through books. Don't push yourself to the point of burnout or failure.

Use time as your beginning or end point or another variable like 10 reps or 10 pages.

You can do this with anything. Playing guitar, math, learning a language, walking, jogging, running...whatever.

Depends on the weather climate.

If it's rainy or snowy and icy conditions, you better be careful; you don't wanna slip and fall.

It's dry conditions; I'd probably run 30 minutes without stopping, but that's if I'm not pacing myself, I might go a lot longer otherwise :manny:.
