To answer Op question though it's medium-rare for steaks and medium for burgers.Hmmmmmm... Dually noted.I like my steak to hit about 140 degrees. Seared on the outside. I go straight high heat. Usually get my grill up to 600 degrees and sear both sides then wrap in foil and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Perfect steak everytime.
