It's my only Hobby besides Art.
Full time job and an upcoming design business on the side can get hectic but I juggle them well.
If I'm invested I do it on my Portal most days, now.
It can be tough with a wife, kids and grandkids, but I make it happen.

For my busy brehs with high achieving careers/big families/lots of hobbies etc.

How do you balance finding time to play video games when there are so many other things that demand your time?
With new video game releases trying to pad out play times longer an longer it seems like most adult players don't even see the ending to the games they buy. What's your favorite way of finding time and keeping up with the hobby while handling all the other things in life you want to put your attention to?
The games I really want to play I end up playing but I typically don't play more than about 10 games in a year. I put 100 hours into Daybreak and 120 or so into Metaphor but that's like 80% of all my playtime this year.

I also work 4 10 hour shifts so I have 3 free days.

2 small kids at home and I'm lucky if I get 2-3 hours a week

I can only play shorter and simpler games as a result. No JRPGs or openworld shyt for me

Well I don’t have a typical 9-5. FF schedule 24 hours on 48 off. Also got periods where I’m off a week. I practically work 87 days out the year. Even still, I don’t game like I should.

Honestly it’s only an issue when I’m dealing with someone. Women make gaming a bigger issue than it is. It’s why I don’t deal with broads who don’t have a hobby. I don’t want to be your hobby and you damn sure ain’t mines.

I always been a late night gamer, though. And I also game at work.
