For me I usually fukk with fighting games since they are fast and easy to get into. Also I’ll do like a level of a third person action game. I would love to get back into Jrpgs again but I don’t usually have that kind of time to invest in them as much as I would. So it’s quick and fast pace games for now.

It’s easy to do when you don’t watch tv. I invested in a gaming laptop since my wife uses the tv a lot to watch her shows. She doesn’t complain as much when I game on there versuz when I’m on my PlayStation. Soon as she hears the PS5 beep.
She will act a fool sometimes.

I work from home :whew:

But I usually play at night
Both of these plus I also wake up early as well. That and I don't have many other vices and rarely watch tv. I'll game when others watch tv or dwindle with their cell phones all day. I only have a few other hobbies, but gaming is more my interest than them tbh. I probably should be a streamer or some shyt.

It still takes me a long time to finish single player games tho, since I play them at my own pace, juggle multiple games at a time (4-6+ games per week rotation) and often have family distractions or other shyt.

Married with a 13 year old son, 11 year old daughter and 9 year old boy/girl twins. If it's a game I need to play (I'm a Yakuza rgg stan) I cop day one and everyone gives me my space. Other than that I game for a little bit a day or fukk around with my kids. They Love Roblox so I'll play shyt with them, or fukk around on the switch. Wife gets dowe on fall guys with us :manny: . I just am able to wiggle gaming into my normal daily schedule with the family, or let them game while I chill with the wife. I don't play as much as I would necessarily "like" but my life is better than I would have ever imagined as young dumb ass, so I appreciate it as a 41 year old man :ohlawd:

No kids and I’m not married…I pretty much do what I want if I’m not working :yeshrug:

It depends on what else I got going on in life though. On a weekend with nothing to do, I can game sun up to sun down. At other times I’m so busy with family, friends, or work that I can go days or weeks without playing

I don't keep up with every game but those little moments at work, outside when you're not doing anything with a portal or remote handheld can add up. At home I play maybe a couple times a week if any. I have other life things going on so playing and clearing 20~40+ hour games every week/month is not feasible for me. I only played and completed two games this year but dabbled here and there in others.

Got a wife, a 6 year old, 5 year old and a 6 month old... Weekends are my refuge. With a fulltime job, school and a big family, you gotta compromise somewhere. I choose to compromise sleep. Friday nights, the kids are in bed by 8:30, little qt with the wife. By 10pm I'm good to go. I'm gaming till atleast 3am. Saturday, same thing. I get my gaming in anywhere from 9pm-3am on weekends. Locked in. And if my mom or mother in law come scoop the kids for the day :ohlawd:

Its hard outchea for us dads:to:

I just got married and I lowkey been thinking about how I’m going to be able to squeeze in game time. It’s hopefully to see you finding time despite having 3 young kids. We don’t have kids yet but I have a side business and I been worried I’m going to be too busy to play more than 1 -2 games a year.
