How do y'all get your protein in?

Protein is easy to get.
How are ya'll hitting carb goals is what I wanna know.
I hate hate hate oatmeal and shyt.
Whole-wheat pasta. You can consume more of it, though you might get gas like a mawfukka.
Combine that with copious amounts of broccoli(fiber, ok carb source, surprisingly good protein for a veggie) and you are set. If you dont mind being flexible, you can do like I did and eat a few donuts every day to cover the gap.

I been on a scrambled egg kick lately. Like 4 or 5 at a time. shyt is :ahh:

Shout out to Gordon Ramsey and some other youtube secrets. I add that teaspoon of water or milk per egg, liberal amounts of butter, and 3 minutes later i've got that fire:letyasoulglow:Eggs are my go-to even for snacking. fukk a bag of chips, get some veggies and leftover meat and youve got an omelet on deck.

Protein shake in between meals, so usually around 10am, 2/3pm, and after the gym of course. I used to take Casein shakes before bed but they be having my stomach rumbling in the middle of the night.

Other than it's Eggs, chicken, steak, tunda, almonds, greek yogurt, and a protein bar when I have a sweet tooth.

I keep snacks around like hummus & pita chips. I do Oikos yogurt: coconut or green tea. A lot of tuna and flat bread wraps. Peanuts, cashews and chocolate granola.
I also try to throw avacados in everything.
I don't do Kashi Go Lean anymore, my girl will kill me :martin:

Bruh, that Kashi GL make the fukking wind blow. I usually have 4 eggs in the morning with sausage or bacon and half serving protein shake (MHP UYM). That alone gets my shyt humpin. Often turkey for lunch. Dinner varies, but always lean meat involved. Had some venison lately :tSIM:. Use Myozene for post workout driving home and then make the other serving of the shake later on.
