How do y'all get your protein in?

I drink two shakes a day. One with my lunch and one with dinner. Meat, eggs, pasta make up the rest.
How are y'all devouring these shakes without the uncontrollable farting

depends on the protein shake. I used to drink one that made me constipated and made me sooo gassy. I was farting all day long. then i switched and have no problems now. Certain artificial sweeteners make me gassy some dont.

2 heads of broccolli, 8g
2 cups spinach, 4g
2 cups kale, 10g
10 almonds, 3g
1 cup apple juice - smoothie that shyt boom just like a protein shake.

Then have a whey proat shake after for like 25, thats 50 grams right there for breakfast.

About, two or three months. I've never tried creatine. I might need to try some soon. How quickly did you see muscle growth when using creatine?

I'm only usin creatine right now. I definitely recommend it. I started two months ago.. I was 175 and I'm 190 now. I saw gains in the first month and huge ones in the second month.

Like everyone else said through food. My favorite is non fat greek yogurt cause you can do so many things with it.

Keep in mind some of that is water and when you cycle of that will dump off.

That said its a good supplement once you get your programming dialed in.

Oatmeal pancakes(with protein powder)

And lots of scrambled eggs. Lots of them.

Throw in the occasional chicken breast and pork tenderloin and I was good. Never got the "required" amount of protein and still made gain.

Protein is easy to get.
How are ya'll hitting carb goals is what I wanna know.
I hate hate hate oatmeal and shyt.
