Worked with a dude that randomly decided to swing on some equipment and got the boot. One got fired for cooking books at the same job. Another who was driver (I was there for a while lol) was found out to be pulling over and taking naps on his route lmao

1. Attendance
This is number one with a bullet. Showing up to work speaks volumes to employers. You could even be a little trash at your job and if your attendance is good in their eyes they will let a lot of shyt slide. Don't let you have a schedule nobody else wants and you show up religiously. You'll damn near have to strangle somebody in the break room to get canned. :mjlol:

Yeah that’s true…

Depending on the boss, u could be late as many times as they want as long as you’re in the click.

Unfortunately for me, I didn’t be in the click because I wanted to get my paper with no drama. Sadly to get ahead, u gotta play the game

Nikkas ain’t throwing me under a bus due to association.

I was a team lead in a factory so I've seen plenty of people get let go and it was usually at the end of the shift. They would ask you to come talk to them 30 minutes before clock out and that person would never be seen again.

The funniest was this asian guy temp. Every night he would be singing asian songs very loudly on the line and he had a small beef with our manager because he liked to do things his own way. He really believed they couldn't fire him. I would joke with him and say "hey man their watching you" and towards the end of shift "hey they want to talk to you". We would both laugh cause we knew what that meant. Well the one night I called off, one of the managers came and said they needed to talk to him and for him to bring his jacket and drink. I heard he stayed and kept asking why for 15 minutes before he finally grabbed his stuff. He knew what was coming and couldn't believe it :mjlol:

Shyt, they will give u pass if they like u enough

Just bring in documentation to cover your ass and you should be str8.

It’s only a issue once u make things hot and the higher ups know.
Oh, I agree. Almost everything is subjective based on your relationship with your boss or your boss's boss.

At my job, this is normal as fukk. They want to embarrass the person.

At my job, the section manager, team lead, and security guard walk you out for all to see. You will never get fired from home. They make you come in like everything is cool

One of my first jobs was in a warehouse and a couple of nikkas got fired for stealing sodas out the vending machine. It was really one dude but he starting hyping up others to do it too. They had the manager come walk the whole building and remind everybody everything you do is on camera
