Gotta eat clean Monday through Sunday, maybe one or two cheat meals or snacks after a workout.

Dont worry about losing muscle mass because you will.

Do either slow cardio, interval cardio or a full body circuit workout to cut.

Still stick to doing your compound lifts.

Water at least a gallon or two depending on your activity level.

Caffeine everyday and eat less calories. Thats it.
