This. Most serious lifters will flat out tell you not to go dumb heavy unless youre willing to risk your body and pay the price for it down the line. There is absolutely nothing beneficial in ego lifting. You can still lift heavy but not competition level shyt. Unless youre competing, all ego lifting does is create accumulative damage and wear and tear over time that eventually shortens your gym life. Then youre stuck racked with injuries talking bout how much you used to lift and no one gives a shyt about that.
Right. And the nikkas I see at the gym that ego lift don't even go full range of motion cause the weight is too heavy for them. Losing out on results not doing exercises full range of motion.

Nikkas using they whole back when doing bicep curls, when that should just be when you fighting for that last rep, not every got damn rep.

Steroids or not it just wasn't cool to be a skinny nikka back then. It wasn't even cool to be a skinny nikka in the 90s.
so how was snoop, Tha Dogg Pound popular in the 90s?

Bruh, I was talking about regular black people that came of age in the 80s and 90s. Every breh wanted muscles back then and we were comparing biceps even back in 3rd grade.

nikka look like he picks up cows splits them in two and drinks the blood.

OG Craig and OG Ct...:wow:

Craig was an og from way back in the slausons. He was one of original members of The Avenues. A prequel to The Rolling 60's. Craig was ridiculously huge. Like a titan running around South Central. Dudes measurements were ridiculous.....:dame:

Good interview, I especially like the part where he talked about flexing on Arnold in a photo op, even when Arnold said no posing. His bicep was bigger than Arnold head.

:dead:

He got sent back to San Quentin from Jamestown prison for being too big.

Craig was from the east side. He didn't have anything to do with the 60's. He was a prequel to the Crips specifically the East Coast Crips originally east side Crips.

You're right, I got The Avenues mixed with The Rollin Avenues. The Original Westside Crips were the predecessor of the Rolling 60's of which The Rolling Avenues was apart of putting together and was a set within the 60's.
