I dont care about the bias, Lakers may have made it interesting healthy and focused but they werent built for that with 2 bigs (like one dude said with the pace and space dallas ran)
OKC was a precursor to the finals, 3 stars getting broke off by a Dallas SQUAD as a whole

They didnt expect Dirk to play like it was his last year on earth. Wade tried to let Bron take over, Bron wanted Wade to take over... shyt happened too fast and they couldnt bail out of that.
They made jokes and kept playing it off instead of manning up, trying to be friendly and shyt. Heat played them well and the coaching from Spolestra was great but the execution was trash
As a team Dallas was playing team ball, Marion, Stevenson and JJ were all playing like leaders. The heat didnt benefit from the schemes they held players into... So you eventually watched the "others" look to Wade and Bron to save them. They got intimidated and outplayed by a 10 man squad where everyone was a threat.
Heat could have won if they had stronger personalities on the bench and floor Haslem and Birdman arent actual enforcers at all
Nobody stepped up to take the Mavericks roleplayers out of the game. Dude's (all of them) too focused on being buddies instead of knocking Jkidd and them the fukk out.
It's biased for me to say cheap shyt in all my posts, but this is a great example of why they should have played cheap... this wouldnt be part of history if they did.
Not only did Dallas click and move with chemistry at the right time, they also did it under their opponents noses when it was too late.
Instead of comparing Kobe and Lebron with biased situations stemming off from this, lets be honest and just laugh at both of them for either folding (Lebron) or trying to beat a 12 man roster dolo(Kobe)
And dont give Dallas credit for what the Suns were doing... all Dallas did was lean more towards defense and move the ball more. Like a hybrid between Suns and Spurs basketball.
