@Lazlowe Cravensworth The treatments are spot treatments; not whole face treatments. You wouldn't need to lighten the whole face because the spot is darker than the rest of the face.
And Vitamin C and hydroquinone are not the same. One helps increase cell turn over and wouldn't take you beyond your natural tone. The other decreases the melanin your skin produces. Usually hydroquinone is used in skin bleaching but is only used in small quantities in the US to not lighten beyond the natural skin tone.
