i can only go from what i have observed. theres a lot of women in my family who have also proven this correctly.

I got some cousins down south..4 sisters..the youngest 2 are twins..one went to college...other is not all there. Seems her mother leeches off her state money. ..the older girls come by enough and she watches those grandkids.
