This is wrong as hell. In fact the female kids are more likely to take care of their parents than the male. The male may send money but its the women who physically take care of them. You never had older folks school you on the need to have girls so your old ass won't end up being dumped in a retirement home and forgotten about?

In my experience its the complete opposite but you can only go off what you've seen..

I've known a few women who look out for their mothers. Actually, I found that to be a problem with one of my girlfriends from years ago. It wasn't really a problem but I felt like her attachment to her mother hindered our personal development in a way that made it where a lot of our future decisions and choices had to include her. The reason I say that is because growing up, it was just her and her mother living together. So, over time they became dependent on each other. Honestly, given the fact of how young I was, I didn't want to bear that feeling of responsibility and I really didn't like how that could have become an issue in the future and, all the while, no attention or concern for
the future welfare of my parents had been shown shown or expressed. Granted, I would and should be the one to express it but it disturbed me how I was already sensing the pressure.

Anyways, I've noticed a lot of girls that were raised by single mothers have a strong sister like connection to their mothers, especially if they were the only child. I actually kind of like that. they're more prone to stick to values their mothers have as long as their mothers had good sense as well...

Me and my boys talk about getting successful to the point where our moms dont have to work and can enjoy life and not worry about bills.

Ive never heard a female say "Yeah, first thing ima do when I get money is help my mom out"

Maybe some women have more realistic expectations from life and don't feel they'll ever get to the point financially where they can "retire" their mother and support their own households. I mean the majority of people just don't make that type of money.

I don't think I'll ever be able to just financially take care of my mother and all her bills but I will/do have her back financially for certain things. She'll never go hungry or not have a place to lay her head.

once they get that husband and kids, they're gone. thats crazy. they turn into full time moms and dont even work , some of them lol
