Problem is his songs sound the same, same flow, no substance which means his shyt got/gets old quick. Meek Mill will also have this problem I don't care how much he sales. T.I. skill level on par with Wayne or maybe a lil better but he has classic albums because he has good song structure and has got songs with vastly different concepts. When the carter 2 came out, people thought it was a great album again and people called it his best album future classic maybe

when the carter 3 came out, a lot of people thought it was a disappointment compared to the first two and that the leaks were way better.

People were expecting the carter 3 to be his classic and magnum opus but when that obviously didnt happen people started calling the carter 2 his classic album

Just because you personally don't think that some albums are classics, it doesn't mean that others agree with you. For example I know nikkaz that don't consider Illmatic or RD clasics. Some people believe that TM101 is a classic , others disagree.
