Appreciate everyone's advice but I decided to do Intermittent Fasting with one large meal for dinner mostly a protein, little bit of rice and veggies, salad on the side and either a smoothie, some cashews or fruit. I'm on my second day and it's not so bad so far.

I will also starting going to the gym starting next week due to my busy work and school schedule right now.

I'm thinking I'll also eat three meals on weekends with Saturday being my cheat day. How does that sound?

Oh yeah also I've been thinking about cutting back on drinking. Maybe keep it to drinking only on Saturday but even then I'm putting thought into drinks I can have that are lower calories. Any ideas?

Im thinking wine or whiskey on the rocks but are there any low calorie cocktails.

Well I'm in my late 20s, I said a lot about what I eat in the Op but I eat a lot of fast food and binge eating. Big portions and a lot of bread. I have gym access(blink) but don't really go so I'm wasting money smh.

Good luck. :yeshrug:

Damn bro you cold, not even on a cheat day? Not even one drink lol

Alcohol is that detrimental.
It’s definitely not gonna help you lose weight, and once you start getting in a lil better shape it will hurt your gains.

A gram of carbs has 4 calories per gram.
A gram of protein has 4.
A gram of fat has 9.
Alc has 7 cals per gram, husky breh. :stopitslime:

Read that again since you obviously don’t know like that. A gram of alcohol is almost as bad as drinking straight fat, calorie-wise. (Alcohol is also bad for your health; you need some fats in your diet.)

Your metabolism obviously isn’t shyt if you’re 300 pounds and not in the WWE or the NFL. :gucci: fukk a cheat day, fukk lower-calorie cocktails, how about a non-obesity day? How about a health day?

It seems like you a hard-headed nikka that isn’t really about making serious changes. Doctor already you to gall back, then you come in here, make a thread, and toss all the advice we gave your ass in the bushes like Uncle Phil would. :dead:

I don’t know you from Adam so if you end up buying it early, it’s nothing to me personally. :yeshrug:

Lmao I'm not the size I am because I'm not active or I have a slow metabolism. In fact even on a slow day according to my fitness tracker I burn over 600 calories, my biggest issue is diet because I used to binge eat junk food. I already do a lot of walking regularly.

With the IF I eat much less, in fact only one meal so I think I will lose the weight and since I'm at such a deficit I don't see how one drink on occasion would kill me. It's not an every day thing for me and maybe just at lunch or dinner time on my cheat day kind of thing.

I will keep that in mind. Not going to make it an every day thing and especially not an every week thing.

In fact I'll think about staying away completely for 3 months.

See, you already more focused on how much you can still drink instead of trying to lose weight. Alcohol is a dub from now on wtf!

Actually I don’t even have time for this right now do you beloved :hubie:

Outside of the gains, most people have an issue with tracking liquid calories and alcohol is one that you can easily over do. It’s why people call it empty calories.

Add to it that, liq lowers inhibitions and can get you to overeat/not be as tight on the diet.

You can lose weight and have a drink here and there, but in the early stages, you’re better off cutting way back or eliminating until you get to a more stable weight and get a better handle on your diet and exercising habits.

You just gotta ask yourself, what would a fit, healthy person do? It’s really an identity and mindset thing

Nah, it's your metabolism not keeping up boi. :francis:

Somebody younger than me making this thread sitting with an extra 100 plus pounds of blubber on me (⏸️) can't tell me shyt about metabolisms. :stopitslime:

Some folks can eat bad and not gain weight like that. It's not healthy but it's the truth. Some folks look at a piece of cake and gain weight via caloric osmosis, it is what it is.

I just recently stopped eating fast food like that to see if I could gain weight for PLing to go up a weight class. I was killing about 2000 calories a hit at least every other day in the drive-thru and was still a gym gawd looking like the damn Enhanced Dark Winter Soulja in a tank top. :wow: Before I lifted-lifted I was just another skinny coli nikka and the diet was even worse than that, but let you tell it.

:what:

Duke is either trolling or so hopelessly addicted to junk food and alcohol he doesn't even care if he lives or dies.

Imagine having a BMI of almost 40 and you on the coli arguing with nikkas about cheat days. :mjlol:

If all cops are b*stards then all Fats are lazy fukks who won't even bother to save themselves from an early death. :yeshrug:

You don’t need cheat days in general but damn sure not planning for them 2 days into being somewhat compliant.
