Chiefs where blowing them out in the first matchup. They got too cocky to the Bengals credit they made them pay. However, last year looked just like a Chiefs/Bills game down to "Joe Cool" looking very Allen-ish with those picks.

Chiefs offense and Mahomes have been very ehh this season. Maybe a combo of no wr1 and losing Bienemy. This was the year to beat them especially with no home field. Now it’s Baltimore’s turn.
Bottomline is Allen choked. He had the ball at the end with a chance to win. There is nothing more you can ask for in that situation. He had multiple chances to redeem himself after the offense stalled. The forced fumble for the touchback, did nothing on the following drive. Fumbles on a scramble and gets bailed out by Kincaid. Poor decision making led to them not getting a 1st down when the stage was set for a game winning td. Blaming the defense is weak, they forced a fumble after an atrocious failed fake punt and then got 2 stops on KC thereafter. Josh mismanaged the end of game scenario. Bad situational football!!

He shouldve gotten a fresh pair of downs. Didnt need to score so soon, anyway. Shouldve been focused on moving the chains. Youre talking about a kicker missing a TYING FG with 1:47 left. As if Mahomes wouldnt have drove them down to win the game. He had everything set out on a platter and yet he found a way to lose.
If Allen threw the check down to Diggs... it's 3rd down and 5 at best.

Why not run it, then? Anything to move the chains. Poor situational awareness. As a QB, you literally cant ask for more. Just because Diggs dropped a deep ball, doesnt mean he was gonna drop a drag route. He may have caught it and eluded a tackle. We will never know.

Allen should've checked down on that last drive but fukk all that. Allen was amazing tonight and damn near perfect. His receivers let him down. Somebody has to lose the game but Allen played well enough to win it.
