i'm a skinny nikka...cut up a lil' bit but I put on 20 pounds in 17 days one time a few years ago when I took this shyt called russian bear 5000...that shyt works because they took it
off the shelf, the only way to get is to order it online and half the time the shyt is out of stock... Vitol Russian Bear 5000 Weight Gainer on sale at AllStarHealth.com I don't eat big but can still get gains from consistently liftin'...will
just start to cut up...but workin' out is a pain in the ass...broke my thumb benchin on an off day (what i get) and haven't really hit the weights hard since...and that was 4 years ago...I lift here and there to maintain tone though...i think it's more
genetics than diet because i rarely eat a full meal each day...just snackin' here and there and still have a nice frame...

what @Originalgangsta317 said plus after awhile you just know how much you're getting especially if you're eating the same foods and meal prepping.
Is meal prepping best done in advance? Like on a Sunday for example. I'm asking because I'm going start working with my trainer again and preparing multiple meals has always been a frustration of mine. Plus I'm afraid of getting fat In the pursuit of trying to build muscle. I want the muscle but not the fat goes along with it. I wanna stay lean throughout the process.

And dont get it twisted, when I say proper diet im not telling you to sit down and calculate what percentage of carbs, fats, protein, etc that you are eating. Im saying make sure your calories for the day includes fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, grains etc. You can still eat the other foods you enjoy while making sure you are putting foods in your body that makes your body function like a well oiled machine.

Yea meal prep is better when done in advance, because if your hungry and don't have food already made,9/10 your going to get someone fast food

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Eating is trash. Its what happened to everyone in Marching Band. We were out there burning calories all day on the field and still fat, but we were in shape. Its the weirdest-prose. You cant just exercise 5 days a week and have a trash diet lol

Your gettin-puss game musta been on fye.

That band camp shiit ain't no jokes.

Diet makes a difference. But if you lift hard consistently and eat big and get sufficient protein your going to put on mass. That macros shyt is for the nerds of bodybuilding. Or people with shytty genetics need to do that or people lifting competitively.
This. All you gotta do is 1. Eat big, 2. Lift big, 3. Get rest. All that = gains. Im pretty sure people in prison and a shyt ton of lifters out there dont even know what macros are, and still get yoked.

I went from 275 to 237 in 4 months.

I changed everything started eating right working out everyday. I haven't had 1 salad doing this. Just a regiment.

Fat burner
Healthy breakfast
Fat burner
Healthy lunch
20 minute walk on my break
Pre Workout
Gym for 40-60 minutes (weight lifting)
Healthy dinner
8-10 glasses of water

This is 6 days a week full regiment.

Plus YouTube helped me change up my workout routines.I'm starting to use the triceps pull down to work on my core. I tell people you can take supplements but if you don't put in the work required you're waisting your money.

The most important thing I have is a cheat meal not a cheat day. With the cheat meal it's best to have it when you know your going to be active. I went from a round figure with 54" stomach to a 45" stomach.

My ultimate goal is 220 lbs. In starting to see the benefits. My arms are starting to cut and my abs are showing a slight cut. Discipline is key.
