Genetics, poor diet, lack of direction or consistency, etc...

I tell people it's just like a career, college or anything else but it's your body you're focusing on. For the most part if you don't take it seriously then you won't get serious results

How serious a person needs to take it depends on how gifted they are genetically just like with anything else. For some it doesn't take much, for others it takes an considerable amount of dedication. It's up to the individual to figure where they fit in and adjust accordingly. We all aren't the same

If I can remember correctly op is fat as hell so he need to be worried about his own gains or losses instead of hatin on the side like a bitter broad :manny: but that's if I'm remeberin correctly, if not disregard

I notice a lot of people go to the gym just to socialize and do lil BS workouts. They also don't track their macros which is just as important as the actual workout.
Its best to with serious people. I see brehs just sitting on a excercise machine and theyre talking or watching other people workout.

Combination of things.. genetics, diet, not working hard enough, going frequently, or knowing what they are doing in the gym.

Within a month of me working out, there is a clear difference versus when I first started.

I wondered about this also, but I don't count calories, macros or whatever and never have.

I just go hard in the gym all the time. I try to do reps until failure towards the second half of my workout.

And whether I eat like shyt or not I put muscle mass on.
