I feel that we men, for the most part, genuinely go in the gym to get our shyt together. We just get lazy and fall off or just have a shytty plan from the getgo. I usually see "fukkarounditis" with women. Social media is like porn for women, those likes = shots of dopamine. Declaring to the world that you're "finally gonna get this weight together" is straight up attention whoring and the quickest way to get recognition and props. The ability to stretch this attention whoring for weeks at a time under the guise of "working out" is one of the few reasons why they never seriously lose weight. It's never about the weight loss. It's about being seen.

Mostly nikkas don't keep track of what their lifting and not doing enough reps/sets and have bad genetics,or do the same shyt over and over and over.

Far as food I'm iffy on that one, it sounds legit, but when I was locked up I seen cats get built off honey buns, top ramen, spreads, etc, nikkas just worked out really hard, and some weren't lean, but weren't fat either, now if your trying to get shredded(10% and below) then yea you gotta lay off the fatty foods and make sure your consuming lots of protein, but for a solid physique/athletic physique,I don't believe you really need to watch what you eat as long as your lifting hard, getting good cardio and getting enough protein to grow you'll be good.

Now I'm not saying eating flaming hot Cheetos all day will do it,but eating regular foods and a snack here and there, fast food here and there, that's ok.

Genetics plays a huge role tho

Folks dont realize that a good physique is 75% diet and 25% lifting weights. nikkas think proper nutrition is simply eating a million pounds of protein.
Diet makes a difference. But if you lift hard consistently and eat big and get sufficient protein your going to put on mass. That macros shyt is for the nerds of bodybuilding. Or people with shytty genetics need to do that or people lifting competitively.

Exactly. nikkas overrating Diet. Unless you trying to be a pro bb You dont need to meal prep and monitor your carb, fat intake. Lift hard, eat big and you will get big

Yea they are, unless you trying to get on stage as you said, that shyt is out the window, now I do keep track of what I eat 95% of the time, because I found out what works for me,and I'm big on if it ain't broke don't fix it or you will break it.

But you see all these overweight people or people just starting to workout meal prep and I just laugh, because they're wasting their money, just get in the gym, have your cheat meals but don't overdo it,bust your ass when you in the gym,do some cardio and you will be fine.

I used to think the same thing until I got to the joint, and the food in their is horrible, and I seen some of the biggest strongest cats in my life in there, people let these health gurus brainwash them, instead of getting out there and seeing what works for them.

People use to say overtraining is bad,and Mike Rashid and CT fletcher put that to lie to rest, but do you think they were the first ones to discover that? NO,I saw cats in prison work chest EVERYDAY at times and have huge chest and crazy bench numbers,so I just advise people to go by their own methods and figure out what works for you and what doesn't.

I been lifting for 6 years. The first 4 years I made great gains even while disregarding a good diet but these last 2 years ive been eating "properly" and my muscle definition and body composition has improved drastically. Everyone is different but imo ignoring proper nutrition does yourself a disservice. If anything you should want to eat right for your overall health if not your body.
