What should the diet consist of in I'm trying to get the best results?
What @the cac mamba said plus they probably don't actually keep track of calorie intake or hitting their macros for sufficient gains.
How do you track that weekly? It seems like such a pain in the ass. Seems very complicated as well.
what @Originalgangsta317 said plus after awhile you just know how much you're getting especially if you're eating the same foods and meal prepping. How do you track that weekly? It seems like such a pain in the ass. Seems very complicated as well.

Diet makes a difference. But if you lift hard consistently and eat big and get sufficient protein your going to put on mass. That macros shyt is for the nerds of bodybuilding. Or people with shytty genetics need to do that or people lifting competitively.Folks dont realize that a good physique is 75% diet and 25% lifting weights. nikkas think proper nutrition is simply eating a million pounds of protein.
Exactly. nikkas overrating Diet. Unless you trying to be a pro bb You dont need to meal prep and monitor your carb, fat intake. Lift hard, eat big and you will get bigMostly nikkas don't keep track of what their lifting and not doing enough reps/sets and have bad genetics,or do the same shyt over and over and over.
Far as food I'm iffy on that one, it sounds legit, but when I was locked up I seen cats get built off honey buns, top ramen, spreads, etc, nikkas just worked out really hard, and some weren't lean, but weren't fat either, now if your trying to get shredded(10% and below) then yea you gotta lay off the fatty foods and make sure your consuming lots of protein, but for a solid physique/athletic physique,I don't believe you really need to watch what you eat as long as your lifting hard, getting good cardio and getting enough protein to grow you'll be good.
Now I'm not saying eating flaming hot Cheetos all day will do it,but eating regular foods and a snack here and there, fast food here and there, that's ok.
Genetics plays a huge role tho

I been lifting for 6 years. The first 4 years I made great gains even while disregarding a good diet but these last 2 years ive been eating "properly" and my muscle definition and body composition has improved drastically. Everyone is different but imo ignoring proper nutrition does yourself a disservice. If anything you should want to eat right for your overall health if not your body.Diet makes a difference.
