I still haven't gotten over Astroworld being torn down.

i used to work there. lots of memories and nuts busted at astroworld...

We used to have a routine. Get that summer pass, get dropped off by our parents on their way to work and kill the whole day there.

But id do up to 240-250

If you chose Med Center, 77035 & 77096 can be had for those prices. There is a small pocket east of S. Post Oak on Willowbend either North or South Side that can be had for those prices. Elementary school and middle school are good, once you get to high school (Westbury) well that is another story.

We went to Dallas two years ago.

Again, it depends on the neighborhood if you're actually living in the city. There's a reason some of those houses are priced so low

yes breh. the house i live in is 178k in a gated community on a lake. 2100sqft. built in 2006. quiet suburban community with diverse occupancy. can't beat it breh...

2000-2500 sqft would be perfect for me


Right now my crib is 1500 sqft and alot more than that in an average neighborhood.
