To anyone that doesn’t know what this pic is it’s from the classic film La Haine. Takes place mostly in the Paris Banlieues (French housing projects are called Banlieues).

European hoods tend to be "grimier" because they don't give a fukk.
shyt is like old world medieval mentality in modern day the way I think of it.
I say that cause:
Most of the guys living in them are immigrants, they about their gang/fam and their money.

It's not too different in the U.S. ;
I think except most nikkas don't rock with eachother like that even living in the same block. Where in Europe most of us blacks (coloureds) stick to each-other being african immigrants.

I just don't think the crime is as drastic because those areas are often ignored and neglected by authorities, leaving the immigrants that live in them to themselves.

Which leaves most of the hood stuff unknown to anyone outside that area.

Some of those towers look dope. I got a weird obsession with Brutalist architecture and the “towers in the park” thing . America, especially NY, has the most boring and drab looking public housing. Some of the shyt in London especially looks crazy

yeah, most of the p's are on the outskirts, and in a lot of cases very isolated.
