Lol I’m reading their posts in disbelief. Like if u the waiting type and don’t wanna own a home desperately, u better off in apartments

years ago I had planned on buying a house in a particular city. Figured when I’m ready the prices would stay relatively the same. The idea that it would go up didn’t really cross my mind. Fast forward a year later, prices went up 150k. I decided then and there come hell or high water I’m getting a house. Which I did. But it was further out from the city I originally wanted.

point is, folks talking about waiting around. It’s a risky game out there.

This is my issue. I'm feeling like I been on my grind here, done been unemployed, under-employed and after 15 years I finally make 6 figures and I ain't do all this to be living in Johnston county or an hour out city limits.
