Same.East coast in the house i love the west but i could do without the Chronic. This was a tough one though. this was really hard but I skip more on the chronic today than any of those other albums.

Tears36, pretty easily now that i think about it
what essential songs does it really have besides cream? every other CD has at least 3 id call essential
all piffTears
Shame on a nikka
Protect ya neck
Mystery of chessboxing
Method man
Some of the wu's best verses were on 36 chambers.
these are the type of post that makes the internet something that should never be taken seriously
i dont know what world u could live in with your statement
- the chronic - besides warren g & i really cant think of anyone using the g funk
- 36 chambers -when has a large group of solo mc's debut together thereafter going solo???
- illmatic - took home R2D listen, studied shyt now on some money shyt
if anything ready 2 die shifted hip hop more the. them 3 combined
cause R2D became the formula of making a hip hop albums in the 90's
- the chronic - as already stated, damn near every song has an guest appearance on it (is not a committee)
- 36 chambers -so 9 solo artists coming together on an album (is not a committee)
- illmatic -exec produce pete nice whom got the best/top producers to all come together to be apart if this new great mc (is not a committee)
that committee shyt, u got it backwards & that force claasic shyt makes zero sense too when it out sold & got more radio, vid, spins then the 36 & ill
Ready to Die was a forced, poorly done copy cat east coast version of Chronic.
Sorry but I never held Ready To Die in that high regard. I always preferred LAD. Biggie seemed to be yelling in the mic on most of that album and it gets tiring trying to sit through the whole thing at times but it does have some classic songs and truth be told there was a little Chronic influence on that album. Things Done Changed chorus for example.

The disrespect of READY TO DIE is sickening. Like what you like, but nikkas outright lying.
The chronic and ready to die clearly shifted the culture more than the other two.
Biggie brought ny back and was New York's first solo super star since LLCOOLJ
Calm down. I guarantee I'm older than you.Get the fukk outta here lol
The ONLY influence was the chorus for things done changed
I bet yous a youngster .. Gotta be to be making ridiculous statements like that
