Yeah, i think it would have to be on an OS level instead of a third party site. Hopefully with subscription gaming becoming more of a thing the two platforms start making their own rating systems.

I still haven’t gotten far enough but there are people in villages that let you paint,tattoo, and dye your armor apparently
I only did one main quest today lol
I haven't started The Embassy yet. I was doing the side mission and she gave me the gifts along with the paint on my face.
I have no idea for how to do it in the game but I noticed in photo mode it allows you to choose different face paints for your photo.
