Honestly would Hagler or Hearns have gave Floyd that work?

Hearns probably would be to big for Floyd and that jab would give him trouble all night. Plus he had knockout power out this world and if he touched Floyd he would drop him. His chin is a little shaky and Floyd would tag him with that right all night but I don't think he had the power to keep Tommy up off him all night. Floyd is that dude and is an all time great boxer but I think Hearns would have a little bit to much for him. And Hagler would be an entirely different beast for him with that size and strength advantage that he has.

:mjlol:I hate fantasy matches

If your looking at their prime's, none of these guys are in the same weight class at their best.

Let's be honest. Most of you guys are taking a 38 yr old Mayweather with fragile hands at WW vs a prime version of Hagler & Hearns. He fights at such a high level, that people forget he's not even in his prime.

Floyd got feinted into a clean flush right hand by fukkin' Chino Maidana...u gotta be a damn fool if you think Hearns wouldn't land that thang.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Money was already out of his prime by then.

Yeah let's takes each other's OPINION on FANTASY bouts and make it seem like you know more than the other.
1. Hagler was too big.
2. It's not a given Floyd loses to ANY of them, stop.
3. Stop acting like Floyd is some run of the mill boxer who lucked up and dosent have ill God given abilities.
4. He belongs in the same class as the old head greats.
5. WE DON'T KNOW. Some of you are the same dudes who said that he wouldn't be able to hang with Manny.

6. If Hagler and Sugar could beat Hearns, Floyd has a hell of a chance too. Stop acting Hearns was some bionic boxer, ask Blade.

7. Oh yeah, they all could beat Floyd too And vice versa.

the thing about fantasy matchups is nobody is right or wrong since they will never fight:heh:

Feint'd jab to the body...right hand over the top...Hearns's bread & butter move...landed right on the button.

If that's a Hearns right hand...the aftermath is a scary sight

Yeah and dudes get vexed then challenge other's knowledge because you MIGHT not agree with them IN A FANTASY MATCH:pachaha:

:camby: with that bull. I could say Hagler would beat all their asses and some baby head breh would come along and say, "Hagler couldn't beat Tyson:umad:"

Maybe we can argue vitali/lennox next since the ring's out of good thread ideas
The ol 'my era is better' arguments are hilarious. @Iron Chin Wilder has some good points though.

Floyd wouldn't just stand in front of Hearns like that imo. Him and Mosely were closer in size, Floyd bullied him for most of the fight even. Tommy's right hand might be the goat, there would def be a game plan for it.

Nope. Nostalgia will win this one though. They would not land like many believe they would. Pacquiao has faster hands then both and he landed 19%. They have the reach but not the speed. Floyd wins decision against both but takes some punishment from the jabs. Then everyone calls the fight boring and Floyd a runner afterwards.
So because Pacquiao only landed 19% on Floyd that means something? Pacquiao missed 1000 punches against Clotty and landed 200.. He had like 20% land rate against Clotty.. It's not hard to keep someone under 25% if you have no intention on going for a knockout.
