Only if you know how to make it though :ufdup:

Ground beef 70-80% lean
Cheese of your choice

mold the patties (don't squish them to hard to though), season liberally with salt and black pepper (both sides).

Put on a hot grill.
DON'T PRESS DOWN ON IT. That takes away all the juices and flavor.:birdman:

Flip over after 3-5 minutes depending on temperature. Don't leave it too long, but don't leave it too short... remember, ground beef ain't steak. Cooking it rare will leave some bacteria (this doesn't happen with steak since steak is cooked on the surface).

Put your cheese on the patty about 2 minutes after flipping, and let the burger cook.

Toast the inside side of your burger buns (you can also rub butter if you want).

The burgers I've been making at the crib are:wow:

I get the patties out of Kroger and they come in a container with a cardboard sleeve. Talk about juicy:whew:

When I get home tonight, I'm gonna make the last one. 4 patties for $10.99 might seem steep, but really it ain't.

It is 80/20 I think. My dumb ass used to buy 95/5 ground beef, thinkin' I'd get a good burger. shyt be dry as hell and can't hold seasoning well. Now, I use that for stuff like tacos, sloppy Joe, and hamburger helper:skip:
