They fukked themselves with that Poole contract. The more he continues to fukk up and Dray/Klay continue to anchor this team, the more Lacob knows he's going to have to go past his threshold on the luxury tax to keep the OG core intact -- it's the only way the team will contend. The organization clearly got high off those championship fumes and thought Poole was going to be that guy to lead the team into the next chapter.
