One of the reasons he was so effective early on is because many of the soldiers he encountered were not actual Roman military but farmers that took up arms against invaders.But because they were not from the larger cities these farmers had never seen a black person, ever. The Sumers were black breh they even called themselves the black headed people and some monuments left of ancient Babylon n kings show black faces.
Remember whites from the Asia Steppes didn't come down until later... Sumerians civilization dates back 5 thousand BC at a time when Africa was in India and So called Middle East with no Cac involvement.
Plus there was no Arabs at the time because again they are a product of African and Asian invaders across many generations.
I always say this but we did rule Europe a couple of centuries ago and we also introduce the slave trade of Europeans in ancient times and picked back up with the Arabs. Our Egyptian Pharoahs had European concubines from Europe to Syria.

im reading this scholastic book on hannibal. here on one page it says we don't know what he loked like but mentioned he probably was dark. Page later they show a picture of hannibal riding a horse

Off-topic but, the Greeks had several wars with the Persians. If the Egyptians looked "Arabic", why didn't the Greeks simply write that the Egyptians looked like Persians? They had hundreds of years' worth of conflicts with them. So they knew exactly how Persians looked and how Egyptians looked. Why say the Egyptians looked like Ethiopians if they were "Arabic" as whites say.
