The whole argument over ancient North African skin color is dumb, white skin alleles pigmentation is a recent phenomenon. This doesn't mean everyone in the world was exactly modern day africans. There were very darkskin Australoid/Veddoid people in Asia and brown Cro-magnon people in Europe but ancient North Africa was definitely populated by ancient Saharans who are the ancestors of today's Nilo-Saharan people.
But fate handed Indo-European tribes in the caucuses luck they found incredibly useful horses, after selectively breeding horses for size and strength they were able to expand rapidly by between 3500BCE - 2500BCE over Europe replacing the cro-magnons. In Asia, Indo-european tribes expanded into Persia & the Indian sub-continent pushing the aboriginals down to untouchable status. North Africa slowly become lighter with time.
The last two millenniums has been a very successful age for the caucasian race worldwide, geography and luck has been on their side. We were born in the wrong age.
