Nas hurt alot egos with that album. He was letting people know the trash that was being presented as hip hop wasn't hip hop at all. That shyt was dead. Alot of boot licking and sucking knee caps. Rappers weren't being themselves. They hop on whatever was poppin to get a little bullshyt single and ringtone money. Rappers weren't about the art. The shyt that made you proud to be a rapper you know. Rap is a joke now.
