I think the way to do it would be, the people recording should have an informal session first, like 15 mins where we just talk and get used to each others' rhythm (n/h?) and then we formalize and start recording

would be good to have post recording production too like cutting out dead spaces, ahhs umms etc but we can leave the advanced stuff for future episodes

Well i get in the house from the gym around 7:15 I will be ready for anything at 7:45. Tuesday wed thursday im not available until 9 pacific time which may not be compatible for east coast friends. Friday and weekends are open. I can back out if everyone else is on the same page time wise.
