I've always been a light sleeper. Even if I have the time and try to sleep long my internal clock wakes me up after 6 hours. I've never needed an alarm clock. But I don't have a problem falling to sleep either.

Am I gonna die early :sadcam:

I feel more tired during the day when i go to bed early and get more hours of sleep.
now i usually get 4-5 hours of sleep most of the time.

I try to get to bed by 11:30 if i have work the next day, and especially if I've worked out that day.

I been averaging 6-7 during the week but I know I should be doing better.

The 8 x 8 x 8 rule is best

I call B.S.

My Grandparents used to say that when they were growing up, they went to bed shortly after sunset and rose at the crack of dawn......Now that's about 9 hours right there, and they were adults....This was a common practice.......

True. I spent time in 3rd world countries where they didn't have the 24-7 entertainment options or even proper electricity and they went to be mad early. Like 9 pm they would be alseep. But they woke up at the crack of dawn and got on with the business of the day.

If you don't have kids, there is no reason that you can't get 7-8 hours of sleep a night

That has always been a myth. With the economy in the shyt hole....most people are working 2 jobs, eating poorly, not exercising and not resting on vacations. Debt creates stress where people can't sleep.
