Logic is relative to what the individual already knows about logic itself, not to general knowledge. If I don't know a lot about a particular topic, I can still think logically about it, including the thought that I shouldn't make many assumptions about it due to my lack of general knowledge about it (which is itself a logical thought.) Similarly, I can think that astrology is illogical, despite not knowing all the little details about which planets or stars are associated with what human qualities and luck.

I watched one of my aunts die from spinal meningitis. One of the most fukked up moments in my life. My parents made me stay in the hospital room, you could hear her choking to death on the fluid in her lungs while she was in a coma.

Anyway, as TUH stated the brain is capable of creating complete false hallucinogenic realities. We've all had dreams where we were completely convinced it was reality until you woke up and let out a deep sigh of relief. If you are willing to say you do KNOW for a fact that there is undetectable low brain activity going on without anything to back up your theory. then guess who you are? A BELIEVER in science as much as i am a BELIEVER in GOD.

It is a viable belief. We are made of matter that isnt fully understood. There are spectrums we cant see. There are states of conciousness we do not understand. Even the atom, reacts different when its being observed. Is there some kind of conciousness there. If matter cannot be created or destroyed, what happens to the atoms that make up your body, when your life functions cease, friend. Lets take a moment to praise god
