that's it. talks of a second season but nothing set in stone. and if they do decide to do a second season if they still go off the show they adopted the plot from it will most likely be an entirely different cast

Mixed finale for me.

It was good in certain parts & poor in others.

It makes no sense how a highly intelligent lawyer is doing that stupid shyt

Smuggling him drugs, putting him on the fukking stand..just consistently stupid shyt

Felt bad for Nas, family is broke...he's a drug addict & probably will have a broken relationship with his mother.

Even though life been fukked up since that night, he still managed to reminiscence on those feelings of intimacy he got for Andrea when they was sitting together at the end....even though it was through crack brehs

Shows like this need closure in my opinion though

Something about this series was just.....off. First episode was fantastic. After that they just kept going into weirder and weirder plot lines. That guys feet? The cat? Wasn't interesting to me. As someone alluded to before, the timing of it just didn't seem right. Judging by the seasons it seemed like the whole process took around 6 months? Hard to see a lawyer falling that hard for Nas so quickly.

Show was pretty good, but since it's a one off, more closure would have been nice

I also don't like how Nas agreed to throw his lawyer under the bus when she did so much for him and was one of the only people to actually believe him.

I also think it's unrealistic how Nas' family was demonized, people go on trial for murder all the time and their family's rarely get that kind of treatment. Even Nas himself wouldn't have been grilled like that when he came back to his neighborhood

And Freddy legitimately seemed to care about Nas so why would he have him smoke heroin, and give him a tattoo on his neck?

Nas is kind of a dumbass it seems like, his testimony could have been so much better. Why the fukk would he say "I don't know" when asked if he killed her? . Oh and running away from a murder scene with a bloody knife in his pocket, lol.
