Have any of yall achieved 10% body fat or lower?

i was on some periscope with this guy out in LA that made it one of his goals, he's at 16% now but wants 10% by his birthday. i need to measure mine though

Pretty sure I was in college. I'd always lifted and I worked in the fitness center for work study, so I was always there but I also had cheer every other night, and the practices for that are essentially crossfit.

Clocking out, coming down from the weightroom for hours of repeated power clean/snatch/press with human bodies with gymnastics sprinkled in.

Grilled chicken sandwiches were the best thing on the loft menu and I'd go to sleep early to wake up and get scrambled eggs. Rinse, wash, repeat.

I'm trying to get to 9% this year. I just started getting abs but they're not fully formed, so I'm around 12-15%. I go to the gym every other day (cardio and weight training) and some cardio and some basic exercises on my off days .I eat somewhat healthy also. No sweets, some meat, some grains, milk, a lot of water but I'm not drinking kale smoothies and all that extra shyt My weakness is potato chips, but I do eat greens and real food.

Is it obtainable?

Yea when I was in the joint,I was shredded around 9-10% but I was light only about 185,but I got up to 225 about 14% which still looked damn good,but like @Luck said,that shyt is hard to maintain you really gotta count calories,fat intake,sugar intake,really gotta be on ya shyt,and I don't got the patience
How you check your body fat in the joint? :dwillhuh:

Update I'm at about 12% now and my strength has stayed mostly the same so it's mostly fat I lost
