Have any of yall achieved 10% body fat or lower?

I exist at like 5% body fat honestly, part of the reason I'm so thin, even when I'm trying to add more to my diet.
I was making a bit of progress, but I just had wisdom teeth taken out, so I'm not ingesting nearly as much as I normally do.

What is the most accurate way to check bodyfat?

Every source I've looked at has given me wildly different results.
There's calipers but tbh you have to go off what you see. I know this isn't a bodybuilding forum but:

Around 10% you can see all your abs w/o flexing, aka relaxed

And there's other "signs" you're at 8% or lower. Like having veins on your lower abs or Adonis belt. A lot of people underestimate how much fat they have:yeshrug::sadcam:

For reference most of these dudes in magazine shoots who are "ripped" are at around 7-8%. And bodybuilders who compete on stage are usually 3-4%

If you only have 3 months then I will up that protein intake and lower Carbs asap.....Breakfast should consist of a big ass omelette and maybe some oats for slow energy release but then fuel up on protein hard throughout the day....Also up your cardio.

Man, bulking must be the life.

I mean I already workout 5 days a week, but it's stressful having to restrict calories, avoid large amounts of certain food groups, and do HIIT if you want the weight to get off really fast.

I mean for fukk's sake, I almost fukked up my macros/calories for the day by eating 1 fig newton and 1 oreo cookie:mindblown::mjcry:
Not to mention all the late night hunger :mjcry:


Meanwhile on a bulk, you pretty much get leverage to stuff yourself as long as it's high in protein. Off the type of my head, that means actually being able to eat snacks sometimes, adding peanut butter to your food, adding milk to your protein shake, freer reign for more food toppings, and pretty much no hunger pangs at night. :martin:

If you doing HIIT (correctly), im pretty sure you can afford to eat at most one oreo bruh. treat your self.

Fyi unless you have been to a water displacement tank you have no idea what your body fat make up is. It is THE ONLY way to accurately measure.

Furthermore less than 10 percent for extended periods of time is extremely detrimental to overall physical and mental health...

When i was competitively boxing, cutting, i would make weight at roughly eleven percent which was best balance for me.

Just be careful
