I don't know how accurate those handheld things are but I have a slight definition of a 6 pack but it ain't all the way there. It says 7.6 percent, I'm not making up no duck tales in here, if anything the handheld machine was.

Man, bulking must be the life.

I mean I already workout 5 days a week, but it's stressful having to restrict calories, avoid large amounts of certain food groups, and do HIIT if you want the weight to get off really fast.

I mean for fukk's sake, I almost fukked up my macros/calories for the day by eating 1 fig newton and 1 oreo cookie:mindblown::mjcry:
Not to mention all the late night hunger :mjcry:


Meanwhile on a bulk, you pretty much get leverage to stuff yourself as long as it's high in protein. Off the type of my head, that means actually being able to eat snacks sometimes, adding peanut butter to your food, adding milk to your protein shake, freer reign for more food toppings, and pretty much no hunger pangs at night. :martin:

Yes and aside from general aesthetics and "looking good", it was terrible, I wasn't as powerful and my joints ached more with less body fat after doing heavy lifting :sadbron:

Count calories and fasted cardio :manny:

I got down to 11% body fat when I ran track; I was scarfing down 3500+ calories a day easily, but the sheer amount of running and lifting we had to do just burned right through those calories. I was dancing at the same time, and because I was already a fairly thin person, my dietician basically told me to eat fatty foods a few times a week LOL

I exist at like 5% body fat honestly, part of the reason I'm so thin, even when I'm trying to add more to my diet.
I was making a bit of progress, but I just had wisdom teeth taken out, so I'm not ingesting nearly as much as I normally do.
You are not 5% body fat

Maybe you're just malnourished and frail as fukk :mjlol:
