How long did it take you to go from around 14% to 10%?
Did you lose any muscle mass?

never in adulthood. i probably came close (like 13%) in 2012 while heavy on PHAT, cardio 2-3x a week and strict dieting. but that shyt isn't even close to practical for me anymore.

Yes but personally once you get down to the ~12% range you have to be on top of ya shyt with the diet and caffiene or whatever fat burners you're gonna take use.

And you're gonna lose some mass but that's the price you pay to get below that range. For the average person just trying to look good for the summer or whatever, low to mid teens is cool.

Anything under 10 is too much to maintain if you're trying to enjoy your summer. That's for people who are bodybuilding seriously

What's the best way to measure body fat? The handheld device is giving me 13 percent but I doubt that's on point :patrice:

I've been sitting at like 12% for a year. its hard as fukk if your not genetically prediposed to be an ectomorph
