From 1990 - 99 we had 20 DL or OL drafted.....from 2000 - 2009 we had 19....yeah, big fall off.

And how many of the ones that you named were dominate in college? Reynolds, Dockett, Holland, Barron, Wimbley, and that's about it. Naming Char-ron Dorsey; he was STRAIGHT bum status in college and could barely hold onto a starting job at FSU

That would be like me naming Kenyetta Walker and Mike Pearson and saying they were dominate at UF since they got drafted

I simply named all of our linement drafted, but Everette Brown was dominant. We always had talent on the line just bad coaching.

I fear that Alabama would be a bad matchup for us tho. We run those long plays side to side and I feel they would eat that up. I like downhill running as opposed to lateral starting plays. But I ain't with running from no one so bring em on.....(if we win out)

and that's the thing i'm most about...after that OU game, we went into that Clemson game hurting...no EJ, G5 and couple of other players...just decimated...but this year, with the depth, there's really no fall off with sliding Tank in there. Or sliding Goldman at DT. Or Blake or Darby at DB...that's why this might be my favorite squad since the 99 team

yo, BMH, i wish you was in the game thread the other night...that's all i was posting that Jimbo just needed to keep feeding Wilder, Lonnie & CT...that defense was terry cloth and no real playmakers...weren't physical enough to tackle Wilder and not fast enough to catch CT...and where the hell is Freeman?? ain't seen him in a game since the Murray State game

Casey Weldon, Danny Kanell and Thad Busby weren't so great either.

Kanell had a great year in 95. No other FSU QB since outside of Weinke has come close to putting together the season he did

FSU defense was pretty bad that year for FSU standards. FSU was dropping 50 every week it seemed that year. That loss to UVA on Thursday night though that hurt I thought my nikka Warrick was gonna make it on that direct snap.

I just looked up the scores from that year, they averaged 47 a game, put up 70 3 times. The only games that were even close were the 2 losses and the bowl game

My phone was charging. I had went to that Tech/Miami game. My boy and his fam are Miami fans and I had went to the game in 06 at the Orange Bowl with them. I gotta start posting during game threads.
