The Jews tried to approach my grandad and my mum cussed them out. They’re afraid of my family now. There is sort of an unspoken rule in my neighborhood now that we aren't selling to Jews.(The black home owners that is.) But they're trying their damndest to move in. I'm helping one of my neighbors get tenants now so she doesn't have to sell and can keep up with her bills.

Breh I was in a bodega and a Jewish dude pulled out a food stamps card and gave it to the cashier to pay for his groceries. Bruh I was like . I thought these nikkas were rich but they know how to game the system.

If they did gentrification wouldn't have happened to easily. I don't know if I am correct but I do hear that Queens has a bit more black homeowners than the rest of the boroughs.
