nikkas should be taking notes instead of hating. most hasids are indeed poor it's just that the rich ones live in the same hoods as the rest and dress the same. most of the money they use to invest in comes from community syndicates. a group of them would pool together funds and buy some property (Note: this is something black america can easily do too). instead of blaming banks, the system and whites we should be blaming our selves and especially upper class/bourgeoisie blacks for not investing in their own people.

I read the part of the article you posted in which said most of the Hasidic Jews don't use Excel and just keep track of the figures in their head when doing business. They said they got the skill by memorizing half of the Talmud. How the hell were they able to memorize half the Talmud and keep so many numerical figures in their head?

I'm not hating at all. I don't know if black folks could ever pool money. but it would be great if we could.
I have two homes right now and one is a rental with a tenant. I hate being a landlord TBH, but fukk it. it is what it is for the time being.
I had to live in a shyt neighborhood for a couple years in order to build up my bread to move to a better one. crazy part is I wasn't ever destitute that entire time.

Man I was talking to my landlord weeks ago and he was complaining about how 2 year lease have no increase meanwhile one year lease has 1% increase. He blamed DeBlasio and his "liberal" policies. He said "Oh tax is raised,sewer cost raised etc etc. How will we break even to cover these cost with rent control limiting our hands." He went on to say that is why landlords are cheap and unwilling to pay good money for repairs etc. What a scumbag what he wasays basically saying is that he wants rent controls gone so he can have tenants who can't afford to pay leave and get those who can pay to stay.
As a landlord with 6 rent controlled apts.. I feel him... how the hell can I fix shyt and maintain the property when costs go up above inflation rates and my allowable increase is below poverty
