Sunset Park is the next hot spot so the Jews and Chinese are on a buying and construction spree. Every block has an apartment being built by either Jews or chinese. As a race we are losing the real estate war in Brooklyn badly.

Say word! Sunset is my stomping ground. But yeah the hispanics here are bullshyting. They are allowing the Jews and Chinese buying them out. Sunset is still old school but in 15 years it will be unrecognizable. There is alot of construction going on here it's crazy. I'm planning to leave before the cac takeover is complete.

Most of them are out in Harlem.
