Motivation 
The Jews tried to approach my grandad and my mum cussed them out. They’re afraid of my family now. There is sort of an unspoken rule in my neighborhood now that we aren't selling to Jews.(The black home owners that is.) But they're trying their damndest to move in. I'm helping one of my neighbors get tenants now so she doesn't have to sell and can keep up with her bills.

Most of them are out in Harlem.
My older cousin got offered a mil for his joint over near 122nd...he hasn't buckled, yet.
They have a couple of other properties in East Harlem that they're considering selling...I'm, for the most part, going hard against it but I won't be surprised if they sell it all honestly.

Jews and Chinese are doing this as well. They are on a race to buy up property in Brooklyn. All the Italians who were on my block got bought by Jews and moved either to LI,Jersey,or Florida. Sunset Park is the next hot spot so the Jews and Chinese are on a buying and construction spree. Every block has an apartment being built by either Jews or chinese. As a race we are losing the real estate war in Brooklyn badly.
