How is this even possible? Their was just an article where they had the most people on welfare.

They abuse the system. They don't get welfare because they need it. That's the problem.

They have a habit of draining and exploiting the system in order to gain the maximum reward. They also go into black school systems and then take over the school board to divert funds to their local yeshiva schools at the expense of depriving non Hasidic students proper education.

I heard they get down dirty up there in ways most people would find deplorable.
