Of course blind fan boy(or hatred) and no rebuttal. Rock was floundering and pure mid card before feuding with HHH in summer 98. Facts. HHH carried the semi retired husk of Foley before the retirement facts. HHH bumped and sold like crazy for taka and had you believe he was actually gonna win. Facts(and he had a habit of doing that for massive underdogs contrary to popular believe) Shall I continue?

With all due respect I couldn’t think of a rebuttal because you must be smoking crack to think that he carried Rock at Backlash 2000. Batista might be the one you listed where I could see it being the case. But even then I couldn’t say Batista was carried in that series.
and besides Foley, Rock made Triple H, not the other way around.
HHH was over post mania DX face turn. Had the whole crowd popping with the Michael Buffer/are you ready shyt. Please stop it. Best matches of 98 were the ladder match at SS and the one at the previous PPV. HHH was the perfect foil for Rock whether it was face or heel(heel HHH was more effective) That why their Backlash 2000 and iron man match a month later was so great(due to HHH heel work) This whole notion that HHH was some Jeff Jarrett/Lex Luger bum needs to stop

At that point feuding with Simmons and Shamrock, Rock was already picking up steam getting boo’d out of the building. You don’t really have your timeframe correct. Also, you said that as if HHH was in the main event. HHH was mid card as well, and as discussed in multiple threads, HHH was actually the least over in his own stable. He is the true greatest B+ player.
Lies. Only time Rock got any reaction was that brief Feud with Austin after Survivor Series. I already explained the reactions with the catch phrases/invasions/skits while Rock was getting crickets teaming up with Dlo and Henry
