if you a hip hop fan that emulates hoodrats on the corner screaming everytime some dude drives by with a nice car and sound then of course you will like jay more. bunch of dudes with panties on more impressed with a dudes bank account then they are into the music lol
jay is a legend but nas is on another level always has been. skill wise it aint very close and the fact nas can be this far in the game this many years and still sound great lyrically while others can sometimes sound outdated while they spitting is more a testimony to nasir. and honestly jay aint had a really dope album since american gangster. blueprint 3 is forgettable as hell and watch the throne is all kanye and jay going along for the ride.
