the urm boost can be huge. if you're a good test taker, take advantage of that while you can.

but he worked as an accountant for 4-5 years and he never made it out of the 50s. thats good money in houston but he worked a LOT. there were stretches where hed work from 8 am-10 pm. i dont think he was ever working 40 hour weeks, it was usually 45-50 during light times, 60-70 when it was hectic. thats a lot of work for the money.
he said its an investment. they get over on you for the first 5 years, but they hook you up as a manager. if you ever make partner
