You gotta work out man. My EF was at 45% for like 4 years and my dumb ass Asian cardiologist ain't even say shyt. Switched to a breh and caught that ASAP. Your heart needs to be strengthened and your resting heart rate needs to be like 60-70 bpm or lower if you can get it there. The faster your heart beats the harder your heart has to work to overcompensate for your left ventricle not being able to pump enough blood and that causes further damage. Try brisk walking for 30 minutes everyday.I am dealing with it now and had an echo test done on Friday and get the results tomorrow. I started having the issue in September, so not getting my hopes up that my EF % has gone up much. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this and has any thoughts, tips, etc?
The gummies?
About to cop from Amazon.

All the way and been better for years. The treadmill is very boring. I agree..Good to hear.
No heart issues but I always do cardio as well. I try my best to stay active and fit. I slacked off this winter but I’m trying to get back on track. The treadmill is so boring, man.
Are you better now?
That’s good. A lot of this stuff is controllable/reversible via diet and exercise. I guess doctors just give meds because they know most people don’t want to change their lifestyles. All the way and been better for years. The treadmill is very boring. I agree..
You gotta masturbate more and meditate.Agreed. My RHR is 66-68 on average.
It was like 75 last month during a high anxiety and stress period![]()
That and it's big business. You to want to change. I had come to grips or just have up on trying to come back from that. The I lost weight but losing my appetite. That's what sparked my change. That’s good. A lot of this stuff is controllable/reversible via diet and exercise. Thanks for this breh, gave me hopeI've been diagnosed with congestive heart failure when I was obese. I couldn't walk upstairs with feeling like my heart was going to burst out my chest.
I've been on oxygen and all that. I would put my oxygen mask on and ride a recumbent come until I started walking then eventually running.
I would sprint from a light pole until the next then walk. I have one ventricle that doesn't pump right. I'm no longer on any heart medication. I take my cardio serious. I've built my heart strength up.
Another way to strengthen it up is setting an incline on the treadmill high and walking.
Blockage in arteries.@Born2BKing is your heart failure mechanical/electrical in nature or as a result of clogged arteries/plaque?
Thanks for this breh, gave me hope
