Havent listened tot yet I've been studying I'm listening to it tonight when im finished my readings im sooo excited 
Listened to it today. The defense attorney made a good point about if he was this conniving sociopath then its weird that these tendencies haven't really shown up anywhere in his behavior in the past (my girlfriend strongly disagrees with me on this point 
). However, I still find it hard to believe that given he was with jay several times this same day (at the girl's house high, call from neisha while jay was there, etc) that given Jay knew where the car was, that he would be out of contact with jay at the time of the murder

I want to hear Dierdre talk about Jay's testimony more, because I can't tell if they just think the state's case was very weak (and hence he shouldn't have been convicted), or if they actually think Adnan didn't do it.
I'm glad next week looks like its gonna focus on jay. I been waiting to find out more about him. This week was just so so. Kinda like a filler episode. There's also another podcast about this podcast. Its slate spoiler podcast. They provide some good discussion after u listen to serial

I am not going to regurgitate what's already been said in here but yeah, Jay has too many flaws in his story. Adnan being so "close" with his girl Stephanie is definitely getting slept on so far too. I don't know if I'm running away with this theory too much but having one of your friends being tight wiht your own girl is infuritating in itself maybe not enough to kill a bytch, but there's a lightweight motive there.
Another thing that is getting slept on here is Don. That nikka was piping Hae at the time of her death. Adnan musta felt some kinda way about that. He loved the bytch. This weeks episode wasfocused around other people who investigate old cases trying to overturn convictions and the lady Deidre said it herself "why is Don not being spoken about a bit more here". We definitely haven't heard the last about that nikka yet.
Dope podcast though, I'll be in here every week.

?!?!Project Innocence sounds interesting.
I don't like Googling anything on the show because I'm afraid of coincidental spoilers.
Like now on the Project Innocence site I found a list of the people they got out. I did not see Anand's name on the list. Does that mean they couldn't help him because he's guilty? Has Sarah concluded her investigation and Anand is staying in jail? Is he out and are they keeping that info to themselves until it's all over.
