Bottom heavy women HAVE to hit the gym because they don't have the breastmeats to cover up a pudgy belly.

Big titty broads do some light cardio and yoga when they should be deadlifting, doing rows etc. They ALWAYS have weak back and shoulder muscles....overall weak posterior chain. You need a skrong back/core/shoulders to hold up them big titties. That's why they end up with the slouchy, hunched posture.
